Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations, including opening/closing procedures, staff scheduling, and shift management.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by monitoring guest interactions, addressing concerns, and maintaining a high standard of hospitality.
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to uphold service standards, food quality, and safety protocols.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, supplier orders, and cost control to optimize profitability.
- Conduct regular inspections of dining areas, kitchens, and facilities to ensure cleanliness, compliance with health regulations, and brand consistency.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and implement corrective actions to enhance satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and presentation that aligns with Unique Eats’ standards.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on sales, expenses, and operational metrics to management.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry (restaurants, hotels, or resorts).
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse team in a high-volume setting.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including POS systems, inventory management, and customer service best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet business demands.
- Certification in food safety (e.g., HACCP) or hospitality management is highly desirable.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to resolving operational challenges.
