Responsibility
- Ensure all public areas, including lobbies, walkways, and common spaces, are clean and well-maintained.
- Perform regular cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
- Monitor and restock supplies in public areas, including restrooms and seating areas.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down event spaces as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards to the appropriate department.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with inquiries and directions.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain the overall appearance and functionality of the facility.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, bending, and lifting.
- Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Good communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
