Responsibility
- Prepare and portion ingredients according to recipes and kitchen guidelines.
- Assist chefs in cooking and plating dishes to ensure timely and accurate food service.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards to ensure a safe working environment.
- Stock and rotate kitchen supplies and ingredients to minimize waste and ensure freshness.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, reporting any malfunctions to the supervisor.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth communication and efficient order fulfillment.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including uniform and grooming standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service role is preferred but not required.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
