Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality tea and coffee beverages according to Tealive's standards and recipes
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, blenders, and other beverage equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every guest
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, following food safety and hygiene standards
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock needs to management
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, including setting up and cleaning the store
- Engage with customers to promote products and build brand loyalty
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and product knowledge
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of barista experience or equivalent in a fast-paced beverage environment
- Basic knowledge of tea and coffee preparation techniques
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Ability to work in a team and maintain a positive attitude under pressure
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10kg
- Knowledge of Bali's hospitality industry is advantageous
