Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and tour operators to drive bookings and revenue.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends in the hospitality sector.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional strategies and campaigns that enhance brand visibility.
- Manage client accounts, ensuring timely follow-ups, contract renewals, and resolution of any service-related issues.
- Coordinate with the reservations and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of bookings and guest services.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management with actionable insights.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and customer service in all interactions, aligning with the luxury brand image of Elijah Royce.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or a similar role within the hospitality or tourism industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building client relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales analytics tools.
- Passion for the hospitality industry and a deep understanding of luxury service standards.
