Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Take and deliver orders accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure tables, dining areas, and service stations are clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for service shifts.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with patience and diplomacy.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance guest experience and revenue.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role (hotel, restaurant, or café).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Strong teamwork and multitasking abilities in a high-pressure environment.
- Well-groomed, presentable, and committed to maintaining a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and order-taking procedures.
- Physical stamina to stand and move for extended periods.
