Responsibility
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service, staff coordination, and adherence to brand standards.
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue, control costs, and improve profitability while maintaining service quality.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage supplier relationships, and ensure timely procurement of high-quality ingredients.
- Handle guest feedback, resolve complaints professionally, and maintain a positive reputation for the restaurant.
- Create and update menus in collaboration with the culinary team, ensuring alignment with seasonal trends and local preferences.
- Enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to drive continuous improvement in service and offerings.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including POS systems, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and manage a multicultural team.
- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
- Passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering a premium dining experience.
- Fluency in English (additional languages, especially Indonesian or Balinese, are a plus).
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
