Responsibility
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables while ensuring a pleasant first impression.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and provide knowledgeable recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, relaying them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve meals and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation meets the establishment’s high standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, addressing any concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting tables, replenishing supplies, and assisting with side work.
- Process payments accurately, handling cash and electronic transactions with integrity.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless service during peak hours and special events.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
