Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets, including kitchens, bars, and service areas, ensuring compliance with brand standards and local regulations.
- Lead, train, and mentor F&B staff to deliver exceptional service, maintain high productivity, and foster a positive work culture.
- Develop and implement menus, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage supplier relationships, and control costs to optimize profitability without compromising quality.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards in accordance with HACCP and local health regulations.
- Collaborate with the executive team to plan and execute events, banquets, and special dining experiences.
- Analyze customer feedback and market trends to refine F&B offerings and improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate financial records, including sales reports, payroll, and budget forecasts, to support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in F&B management, preferably in luxury hotels, resorts, or high-volume restaurants.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and inspire diverse teams in a multicultural environment.
- In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu engineering, cost control, and inventory management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
- Proficiency in POS systems, Microsoft Office, and hospitality management software.
- Certification in food safety (e.g., HACCP) and alcohol service (e.g., TIPS) is highly desirable.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the demands of the hospitality industry.
