Responsibility
- Oversee all hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and guest services, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality service.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, to maximize profitability while maintaining service standards.
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations, health and safety standards, and brand guidelines.
- Drive guest engagement initiatives, including loyalty programs, special events, and personalized experiences to boost repeat business.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies that increase occupancy and revenue.
- Handle guest complaints and escalations with professionalism, ensuring swift and satisfactory resolutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in hotel operations, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role (e.g., Director of Operations, Hotel Manager).
- Proven track record of success in managing luxury or boutique hotels, preferably in international or high-volume markets.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, P&L management, and revenue optimization.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- In-depth knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS, POS) and industry trends.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the demands of the role.
