Responsibility
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including equipment and service areas.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines and other equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking supplies and monitoring ingredient levels.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system accurately.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance coffee knowledge and barista skills.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment.
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
