Note: Positions available across Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. Flexible scheduling and training provided.
Responsibility
- Prepare and serve a variety of Tealive beverages, including bubble teas, coffee, and specialty drinks, adhering to brand standards and recipes.
- Operate and maintain POS systems, handle cash transactions, and ensure accurate order processing.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and personalized customer service to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic workspace, including equipment, counter areas, and storage.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients, supplies, and merchandise, and communicate restocking needs to management.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to drive sales and meet daily targets.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and special events.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety protocols in compliance with local regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista, Cashier, or in a similar F&B role (fresh graduates with a passion for hospitality are encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and remain calm under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of beverage preparation, including tea, coffee, and milk-based drinks.
- Customer-focused mindset with a friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10 kg.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to continuous learning.
