Responsibility
- Act as the primary point of contact for mall tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Coordinate lease agreements, renewals, and tenant onboarding processes.
- Conduct regular tenant visits to ensure compliance with mall policies and standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to organize promotional events and tenant engagement activities.
- Monitor tenant satisfaction and implement strategies to enhance their experience.
- Assist in conflict resolution between tenants and management or other tenants.
- Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, agreements, and feedback.
- Support marketing initiatives to attract new tenants and retain existing ones.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in tenant relations, property management, or customer service.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Familiarity with lease agreements and retail operations is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
