Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate records of inventory, including stock levels, deliveries, and distributions.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely procurement and restocking of kitchen supplies.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Process and verify incoming and outgoing shipments, including documentation and quality checks.
- Generate reports on inventory status, usage trends, and potential shortages for management review.
- Assist in the preparation of purchase orders and track order fulfillment to meet operational demands.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to optimize storage space and improve workflow efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and hygiene standards in warehouse operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in warehouse administration, inventory management, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data entry and analysis.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of supply chain logistics and procurement processes.
- Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Familiarity with inventory management software or ERP systems is a plus.
