Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality Tealive beverages, including bubble teas, coffees, and specialty drinks, adhering to standardized recipes and presentation standards.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, blenders, and other equipment to ensure optimal performance and hygiene.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing inquiries or concerns professionally.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace, including restocking ingredients, sanitizing tools, and following food safety protocols.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
- Collaborate with team members to manage peak hours, ensure smooth operations, and meet daily targets.
- Handle cash transactions and POS system operations with accuracy and integrity.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new products, techniques, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar role in the F&B industry (preferably in a high-volume environment).
- Strong knowledge of beverage preparation, including tea, coffee, and milk-based drinks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory management.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and shifts.
- Certification in food safety or hygiene is a plus.
- Passion for the F&B industry and a desire to grow with a leading brand.
