Responsibility
- Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of all common areas, including lobbies, hallways, elevators, and recreational facilities.
- Perform daily inspections of facilities to identify and report maintenance needs or safety hazards.
- Assist in setting up and arranging furniture or equipment for events or resident activities.
- Provide courteous and professional customer service to residents, guests, and visitors.
- Monitor and restock supplies such as cleaning materials, toiletries, and other amenities.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards in all areas of the facility.
- Respond promptly to resident requests or complaints and escalate issues as necessary.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to address repair or upkeep tasks efficiently.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in hospitality or facility management is a plus.
- Proven experience in housekeeping, facility maintenance, or a similar role, preferably in a residential or hospitality setting.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with residents and team members.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment, with the ability to follow safety protocols.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Baliās cultural and service standards is advantageous.
