Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality bubble tea and other beverages according to Tealive’s standards.
- Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to hygiene and safety guidelines.
- Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Upsell menu items and promote seasonal specials to enhance customer experience.
- Follow company policies and procedures to maintain brand consistency.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Passion for customer service and a positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- Familiarity with bubble tea preparation is an advantage.
