Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service with a warm, professional, and attentive approach.
- Take and process orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Assist in setting up, maintaining, and cleaning dining areas, bars, and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems with precision.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Uphold hygiene and safety standards in compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Participate in team briefings and training sessions to stay updated on menu changes and service protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in F&B, hospitality, or a related field (fresh graduates with a passion for service are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Strong teamwork and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
