Responsibility
- Provide impeccable, personalized butler service to high-net-worth individuals, families, and guests in luxury residences and private villas.
- Manage all aspects of household operations, including overseeing staff, coordinating with chefs, housekeepers, and security teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Anticipate and fulfill guest needs with discretion, professionalism, and a proactive approach, ensuring every interaction exceeds expectations.
- Plan and execute high-end events, private dinners, and social gatherings, from conceptualization to flawless execution.
- Maintain inventory of fine wines, spirits, and luxury amenities, ensuring all supplies are stocked and presented to the highest standards.
- Coordinate with external vendors, including florists, caterers, and concierge services, to arrange bespoke experiences for guests.
- Ensure the highest levels of cleanliness, organization, and presentation in all areas of the residence, adhering to luxury hospitality standards.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism, maintaining the privacy and trust of clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Butler, Household Manager, or in a similar role within luxury hospitality, private estates, or 5-star hotels.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional, personalized service in high-end environments.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Discretion, professionalism, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- Experience in event planning, fine dining service, and household management is highly desirable.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the role.
