Responsibility
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to exceed hotel standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Replace and replenish linens, towels, and amenities (e.g., toiletries, tea/coffee supplies) as needed.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues (e.g., broken fixtures, leaks) and report them promptly to the maintenance team.
- Adhere to safety and sanitation protocols, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Respond to guest requests (e.g., extra pillows, fresh towels) in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the front desk and housekeeping team to prioritize tasks based on check-in/check-out schedules.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisors when stock is low.
- Uphold confidentiality and discretion when entering guest rooms.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Attendant, Room Attendant, or similar role in hotels, resorts, or hospitality settings.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet daily cleaning quotas.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks (e.g., lifting, bending, standing for extended periods).
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment (training provided).
- Friendly, guest-focused attitude with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
