Responsibility
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables with professionalism.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, including special requests or dietary restrictions.
- Serve dishes and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation meets Front Cafe’s standards.
- Provide attentive and courteous service, anticipating guest needs throughout their visit.
- Process payments efficiently using POS systems and handle cash/credit transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining areas, including table setup and reset.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant, cafe, or hospitality role is a plus (training provided for motivated candidates).
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are advantageous.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
- Basic math skills for handling payments and splitting bills.
