Responsibility
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly, professional demeanor in a fast-paced cafe environment.
- Take and process customer orders accurately, ensuring special requests and dietary preferences are noted.
- Prepare and serve beverages, desserts, and chocolate products according to brand standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing cafe space, including dining areas, counters, and equipment.
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems with precision and integrity.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking supplies and reporting low levels to supervisors.
- Educate customers about our premium chocolate products and recommend pairings or promotions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and special events.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a cafe, restaurant, or hospitality role (fresh graduates with a passion for service are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine desire to create positive customer experiences.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling is advantageous.
