Kija Travel is seeking a passionate and experienced Travel Planner & Tour Designer to join our dynamic team in Bali. As a key member of our hospitality and tourism division, you will craft unforgettable travel experiences for clients, blending creativity with logistical expertise to deliver seamless itineraries across Bali’s most breathtaking destinations—from the cultural heart of Ubud to the coastal paradise of Canggu and the luxury resorts of Nusa Dua.

Responsibility
- Design and customize bespoke travel itineraries tailored to client preferences, budgets, and travel styles.
- Liaise with hotels, tour operators, and transportation providers to secure competitive rates and exclusive experiences.
- Conduct destination research to stay updated on Bali’s latest attractions, events, and travel trends.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth trip execution.
- Develop marketing materials (e.g., brochures, digital content) to promote Kija Travel’s tour packages.
- Monitor booking systems and inventory to optimize availability and pricing.
- Collaborate with the sales team to upsell premium services and packages.
- Ensure compliance with local tourism regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in travel planning, tour design, or hospitality management.
- Proven track record of creating high-end, personalized itineraries for diverse clientele.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills with local partners in Bali.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Expertise in GDS systems, CRM tools (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre), or travel booking software.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple bookings simultaneously.
- Deep knowledge of Bali’s geography, culture, and tourism infrastructure.
- Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
