Responsibility
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso, latte, cappuccino, and specialty drinks, following established recipes and presentation standards.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines and equipment, ensuring they are clean and functioning properly.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Educate customers about our coffee offerings, including bean origins, brewing methods, and flavor profiles.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the coffee bar, seating areas, and storage spaces.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Assist in inventory management, including tracking stock levels and reporting supply needs.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong passion for coffee and a willingness to learn about different brewing techniques and coffee varieties.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and operating the POS system.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10 kg.
