Responsibility
- Prepare and serve a wide range of Tealive beverages, including teas, coffees, and signature drinks, adhering to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines, blenders, and other equipment to ensure optimal performance and hygiene.
- Provide friendly, efficient, and personalized customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation, including restocking ingredients and supplies as needed.
- Follow cash handling procedures, process transactions accurately, and manage the POS system.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and special events.
- Stay updated on new menu items, seasonal offerings, and company promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista, preferably in a high-volume café, tea house, or quick-service restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of beverage preparation techniques, including brewing methods, milk frothing, and drink customization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and maintain composure under pressure.
- Basic math and cash handling skills with attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management is a plus.
- Passion for the F&B industry and a willingness to learn and grow with the Tealive brand.
