Responsibility
- Prepare and serve a variety of Tealive beverages, including bubble teas, coffees, and specialty drinks, according to standardized recipes and quality standards.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines, blenders, and other equipment to ensure optimal performance and hygiene.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing inquiries or concerns professionally.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace, including the counter, storage areas, and customer seating.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and manage the point-of-sale (POS) system with accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and special promotions.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
- Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista, Cashier, or in a similar role in the F&B industry (fresh graduates with a passion for hospitality are encouraged to apply).
- Strong knowledge of beverage preparation techniques, including brewing methods and ingredient pairings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and stay composed under pressure.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills with attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer literacy is a plus.
