From luxury resorts in Nusa Dua to cultural retreats in Ubud, you’ll be the trusted expert who turns aspirations into reality.

As the face of Marriott’s world-class service, you’ll combine exceptional communication skills with in-depth knowledge of Bali’s attractions, accommodations, and exclusive offerings. Whether assisting with bookings, resolving inquiries, or curating bespoke itineraries, your role is pivotal in delivering the Marriott difference—where every guest leaves with memories to cherish.

This is more than a job; it’s an opportunity to work in paradise while advancing your career with a global leader in vacation ownership. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love connecting with people, and take pride in exceeding expectations, we’d love to welcome you to our team.

  • Upsell premium packages, memberships, or exclusive experiences to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and bookings in CRM systems.
  • Participate in training programs to refine product knowledge and service excellence.

  • Fluency in Japanese (written and verbal) is required; proficiency in English and/or Indonesian is a plus.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, or sales (travel industry preferred).
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a knack for building rapport and understanding guest needs.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
  • Familiarity with booking systems, CRM tools, or Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Passion for travel and cultural exchange, with knowledge of Bali’s tourism landscape.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
