Responsibility
- Oversee the daily operations of the spa and wellness facilities, ensuring all services meet luxury standards.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of spa professionals, including therapists, receptionists, and support staff.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance guest satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
- Maintain inventory of spa products, equipment, and supplies, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality resources.
- Monitor and evaluate service quality through guest feedback, inspections, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote spa packages, memberships, and special events.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Foster a culture of excellence, professionalism, and continuous improvement within the spa team.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in spa management, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort setting.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a diverse team.
- Strong understanding of spa operations, including treatments, retail, and customer service.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with spa management software and POS systems.
