Responsibility
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, suites, and public areas to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Replace and replenish amenities, linens, and towels as per hotel protocols.
- Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report any damages or deficiencies to the supervisor.
- Adhere to strict health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff.
- Respond promptly to guest requests for additional services or supplies with a courteous and professional demeanor.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping team to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient service delivery.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, notifying management of low stock levels.
- Uphold the confidentiality and privacy of all guests during service.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Room Attendant or Housekeeping Staff in a 4- or 5-star hotel.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for cleanliness and organization.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift moderate weights, and stand for extended periods.
- Familiarity with hotel operating systems and housekeeping software is advantageous.
- A positive attitude, professional appearance, and a guest-first mindset.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
