Responsibility
- Oversee daily front office operations, including guest check-in/out, reservations, and concierge services.
- Lead, train, and mentor the front desk team to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Monitor and manage room availability, rates, and overbooking situations to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
- Implement and enforce hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on front office performance and guest feedback.
- Stay updated on local events, attractions, and industry trends to provide personalized recommendations to guests.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Front Office Manager or similar leadership role in the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record in managing teams and delivering exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Strong knowledge of hotel management software (e.g., Opera PMS, Cloudbeds) and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English (additional languages, especially Indonesian or Mandarin, are a plus).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
