Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality tea, coffee, and signature Tealive beverages according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, blenders, and other equipment, ensuring they are in optimal working condition.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking ingredients, tracking supply levels, and reporting shortages to the manager.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments using POS systems.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours and special events.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista, Café Attendant, or in a similar hospitality role (fresh graduates with a passion for coffee/tea are encouraged to apply).
- Strong knowledge of tea and coffee preparation techniques, including brewing methods and milk steaming.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and remain calm under pressure.
- Attention to detail, especially in maintaining consistency in drink quality and presentation.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and inventory calculations.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
- Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
