Responsibility
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and professional responses to inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Design and customize travel itineraries tailored to client preferences, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., reservations, logistics) to confirm bookings, accommodations, and transportation arrangements.
- Proactively resolve client concerns or complaints with empathy and efficiency, maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Conduct pre- and post-trip follow-ups to gather feedback and identify opportunities for service improvement.
- Stay updated on travel trends, destination knowledge, and promotional offers to provide accurate and compelling recommendations.
- Assist in organizing special requests (e.g., honeymoon packages, VIP services) and ensure flawless execution.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or travel consulting, preferably in a tourism-related role.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to handling challenges.
- Familiarity with GDS systems, CRM tools, or travel booking platforms is advantageous.
- Passion for travel and in-depth knowledge of Bali’s top destinations, attractions, and cultural nuances.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate client needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or Business is preferred.
