Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality Tealive beverages, including teas, coffees, and signature drinks, according to brand standards.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, blenders, and other equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly, professional, and efficient approach.
- Handle cash transactions, process orders accurately, and manage the POS system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation in compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking supplies and reporting low inventory levels.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar F&B role (fresh graduates with passion are encouraged to apply).
- Strong knowledge of beverage preparation, including tea and coffee brewing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic math and cash-handling skills for accurate transactions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills is a plus.
