Responsibility
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and service.
- Develop and manage staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency.
- Coordinate with front desk and management to address guest requests and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies, ensuring cost-effective inventory management.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas to uphold quality and hygiene standards.
- Prepare detailed operational reports, including occupancy rates, staff performance, and supply usage.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and sanitation protocols in compliance with industry regulations.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to address repair needs and ensure a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (2+ years) in housekeeping supervision or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and mentor staff.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
- Familiarity with housekeeping software and inventory management systems.
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining pristine environments.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Certification in hospitality management or related fields is advantageous.
