Responsibility
- Prepare and serve high-quality beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, and premium spirits, while adhering to brand standards and recipes.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, anticipating their needs, and ensuring a memorable dining experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar and dining area, including inventory management and restocking supplies.
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service during peak hours.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately, including opening/closing tabs, processing payments, and reconciling sales.
- Upsell premium beverages and menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards, including proper handling of glassware, utensils, and food/beverage items.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and venue events to stay updated on menu changes and service protocols.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a bartender or dining staff in a high-volume hospitality environment (e.g., hotels, resorts, restaurants, or bars).
- Strong knowledge of cocktail preparation, wine service, and beverage trends, with the ability to craft both classic and innovative drinks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset and the ability to engage with diverse clientele.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs accurately.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin, Russian) are a plus.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy trays, and work in a dynamic setting.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the venueâs schedule.
