Responsibility
- Greet and seat guests with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Take and accurately relay customer orders to the kitchen team.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets Sushi Tei’s standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Assist with basic food preparation or plating under supervision (if required).
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints with a solution-oriented approach.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
- Adhere to all hygiene, safety, and uniform policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum age of 18 years old.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Basic English proficiency (additional languages are a plus).
- Neat and professional appearance, adhering to uniform guidelines.
