Responsibility
- Develop and present competitive quotations for MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) and group travel requests, ensuring alignment with client budgets and expectations.
- Liaise with hotels, resorts, transport providers, and local vendors to negotiate rates, secure contracts, and confirm availability for group bookings.
- Design customized travel itineraries, including accommodation, transportation, activities, and dining, tailored to corporate and leisure group needs.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor pricing, and emerging destinations in Bali and beyond.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, finance) to ensure smooth execution of travel packages from quotation to final delivery.
- Provide exceptional client service, addressing inquiries promptly and resolving any issues related to bookings or logistics.
- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including contracts, invoices, and client communications, with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Identify upsell opportunities to enhance client experiences and maximize revenue, such as adding premium services or exclusive local experiences.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in travel, hospitality, or MICE industry, with a proven track record in quotation preparation and vendor negotiations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with travel management software or CRM systems.
- In-depth knowledge of Bali’s tourism landscape, including key destinations (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta) and local service providers.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple quotations and deadlines simultaneously.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Customer-centric mindset with a problem-solving approach to address client concerns and special requests.
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
