Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of authentic Chinese dishes under the guidance of senior chefs.
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and prepared according to recipes and standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to hygiene and safety regulations.
- Follow established recipes and presentation guidelines to deliver consistent quality.
- Support the kitchen team in daily operations, including mise en place and inventory management.
- Assist in monitoring food stock levels and communicating supply needs to the kitchen manager.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in a kitchen or culinary environment, preferably with exposure to Chinese cuisine.
