Responsibility
- Greet and welcome guests with a professional and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments with accuracy and efficiency.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly, providing solutions that exceed expectations.
- Process reservations via phone, email, or in-person, and maintain up-to-date records in the property management system.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met seamlessly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked reception area, including brochures, forms, and promotional materials.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as billing, invoicing, and preparing reports for management.
- Uphold company standards for service, appearance, and confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role, preferably in hospitality.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds).
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, and a warm, approachable personality.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training is advantageous.
