Responsibility
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and equipment.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations before and after service.
- Ensure proper storage and organization of kitchen supplies and ingredients.
- Support the culinary team by preparing ingredients and assisting with food preparation as needed.
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and timely service.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking of kitchen supplies.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
