Responsibility
- Lead and manage end-to-end project execution, from conceptualization to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timelines.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Develop and maintain project plans, including schedules, budgets, and risk management strategies.
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities to secure permits, approvals, and align project goals.
- Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to maintain efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Foster strong relationships with international clients through effective English communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the hospitality, tourism, or construction sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
- Strong proficiency in English (written and verbal) for client and team communication.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and construction software.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of local regulations, permits, and industry standards in Indonesia.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
