Responsibility
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to Auntie Anne's standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Operate the cash register, handle transactions, and provide accurate change to customers.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including food preparation areas and customer seating.
- Follow food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe and sanitary environment.
- Assist in inventory management, including stocking supplies and monitoring ingredient levels.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in food service or retail is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers effectively.
