As a Guest Service Associate, you will work in some of Bali’s most sought-after locations, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. Your role will involve handling guest inquiries, coordinating services, and maintaining high standards of professionalism and courtesy. Responsibility
- Provide warm and professional welcome to all guests upon arrival.
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and events.
- Assist in resolving guest complaints and escalating issues as necessary.
- Process payments, manage reservations, and maintain accurate records.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and presentation in the lobby and front desk area.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a guest-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in using hotel management software and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality is advantageous.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
