Responsibility
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to attract corporate, leisure, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, travel partners, and industry stakeholders to drive repeat business.
- Oversee the end-to-end event planning process, from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up, ensuring flawless execution.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling promotional materials and digital campaigns to boost brand visibility.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for revenue growth.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, vendors, and partners to maximize profitability while maintaining service quality.
- Coordinate with operations, F&B, and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless event delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, event ROI, and client feedback to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, event management, or hospitality, with a proven track record in revenue generation.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong organizational and project management abilities, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and event management tools (e.g., Eventbrite, Cvent).
- Creative thinker with a customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering memorable experiences.
- Familiarity with Baliâs hospitality market and local business networks is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
