Responsibility
- Execute sterilization operations according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
- Monitor and operate sterilization equipment to ensure optimal performance and process compliance.
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration checks on sterilization machinery.
- Maintain precise and accurate production records and sterilization logs for quality assurance audits.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet defined medical sterilization standards.
- Collaborate with the Production and Quality Assurance teams to resolve process anomalies.
- Adhere to strictly controlled laboratory and production environment protocols.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sterilization, cleanroom operations, or medical device manufacturing.
- In-depth knowledge of sterilization methods (e.g., ETO, Steam) and international quality standards (ISO 13485/GMP).
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a full-time, high-pressure production environment.
- Basic proficiency in English and strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Experience in equipment troubleshooting and basic maintenance.
