Responsibility
- Provide clinical training and technical support to hospital staff regarding hemodialysis equipment operation.
- Conduct regular product demonstrations and clinical workshops for doctors and nurses.
- Monitor and evaluate the clinical performance of equipment in various medical facilities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical insights and support during the procurement process.
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues related to hemodialysis machines in real-time.
- Ensure that all clinical practices align with company protocols and healthcare safety regulations.
- Collect feedback from healthcare professionals to drive continuous product improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a related medical field.
- Must hold a valid certification in Hemodialysis Training (Sertifikasi Pelatihan Perawat Hemodialisa).
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in a clinical hemodialysis setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for professional client interaction.
- Ability to travel frequently to various medical facilities within the region.
- Proficient in clinical documentation and patient safety protocols.
- Highly organized, analytical, and problem-solving oriented mindset.
