Responsibility

  • Identify and prospect new potential clients to expand our medical product distribution network.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with doctors, clinics, and hospital procurement departments.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
  • Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations for healthcare professionals.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting on sales activities, client feedback, and market insights.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Biology, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in medical sales or pharmaceutical sales is highly preferred.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the Purwakarta area and surrounding regions.
  • Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license (SIM A/C) and a personal vehicle.
  • Good understanding of the medical device or pharmaceutical market in Indonesia.
