Responsibility
- Perform on-site service, maintenance, and repairs of Spirax Sarco steam systems and related equipment.
- Conduct technical surveys and assessments to identify system inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Lead the commissioning and start-up of new steam systems, ensuring they meet performance and safety standards.
- Provide technical training and support to clients and internal teams on steam system operations and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to steam, condensate, and control systems.
- Prepare and submit detailed service reports, including findings, recommendations, and follow-up actions.
- Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to develop customized solutions for client needs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all service activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in steam systems, industrial maintenance, or a similar engineering role.
- Strong technical knowledge of steam, condensate, and control systems, preferably with Spirax Sarco products.
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a hands-on approach to troubleshooting.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
- Valid driverâs license and ability to work independently in the field.
