Responsibility
- Lead and manage electrical substation projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement project plans, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies to minimize delays and cost overruns.
- Oversee safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards and local regulations.
- Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and present updates to senior management and clients.
- Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks to maintain high engineering standards.
- Manage procurement, vendor relationships, and resource allocation for optimal project efficiency.
- Foster a collaborative work environment and mentor junior team members to enhance project outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical project management, with a focus on substation projects.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale electrical infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, substation design, and industry best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and engineering software.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
