Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Monitor construction progress and report any deviations or risks to project managers.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues.
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare detailed progress reports.
- Manage on-site resources, including materials, equipment, and labor, to optimize efficiency.
- Liaise with local authorities and stakeholders to obtain necessary permits and approvals.
- Implement best practices in construction methodologies to enhance project outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Site Engineer or similar role in construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Proficiency in project management software and AutoCAD.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to manage on-site teams effectively.
- Familiarity with Bali’s construction industry and local regulations is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to various project sites across Bali.
